When we create, our inner patterns begin to shift. The energy we place our attention into starts shaping who we become. Creativity is our most natural healing force. Every photograph, every brushstroke, every movement is a decision about where we direct our energy. And where energy arrives, life begins.
I believe in the power of images, and in a therapeutic approach that connects visual expression, the complexity of the human soul, and creativity.
Photographs can open doors that are difficult to reach through other methods. Each image reflects important moments, emotions, and relationships in our lives - functioning as a form of self-portrait. Photographic creation activates both self-reflection and imagination, which makes it a particularly effective therapeutic tool.
Photo therapy is a form of art therapy that supports emotional expression and processing through images. Photographs allow us to perceive the feelings, memories, and inner patterns behind them. During the process, participants work with their own life stories or significant experiences through photographs, gaining a new perspective on themselves and their relationships. Photo therapy helps connect images with emotions, allowing deeper self-understanding and emotional insight to emerge.
“Each photograph functions as a kind of mirror in which we not only see our past and our personal story reflected, but also how we are feeling in the present moment.”
- Judy Weiser

Perhaps because photography has been a refuge for me since my teenage years. It has shaped not only my work, but a significant part of my identity. Photography has accompanied me through different stages of my life - it stood by me during difficult periods and remained a supportive presence wherever I went.
I have woven these personal experiences together with the knowledge gained through my professional trainings into the programs I now offer to you. For me, photography is more than a tool. Along my path, images became companions and allies. They help me explore the depths of life, make me laugh, invite reflection, and give strength. This is the catalyst behind everything I continue to create.
We all deserve to have our stories heard.
We all deserve to know that we are not alone.
We all deserve to be seen and to have our experiences acknowledged.
