OUR COLLECTIVE MIND

I have collaborated with people from all over the world, and I experienced that artistic methods know no boundaries, non-verbal methods always help us get in touch with our inner support resources, we can get closer to ourselves and our environment through art works.

I mostly work in virtual space. It has countless possibilities, you can join from the comfort and privacy of your home. Sessions are on Zoom. The collective unconscious energies of the morphogenetic field still operate in the same way as during personal encounters. The existence of this energy field makes it possible to overcome distances; we connect in the perceptible but invisible energy field.

In therapeutic individual and group sessions, works can be created with the help of art that help in processing negative thoughts and feelings, encourage personal development, and strengthen coping skills. One of the important characteristics of photography-art therapy is that we only encounter internal, possibly painful, mental burdens indirectly, which makes it less burdensome for the client. As soon as one goes into the creative process, tunes in, is in the flow, one cannot do any mistake, and one can gain new possibilities. Everything has a place in the world, which makes the world beautiful and brilliantly diverse.

My goal is to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being using artistic tools.

In my photography-art therapy work, I use the word therapy in its ancient Greek meaning, which is: care, nursing, and not according to the concept used in modern care, which is medical treatment. My service is not considered to be psychotherapy. My non-clinical photography-art therapy offerings can be joined from anywhere in the world. I work in Hungarian and in English.

Most frequently used online tools: Application of photos, mandalas, collage making, drawing, painting. We use these methods to explore feelings. All activities are suitable for individuals and groups, and include several topics. You do not need to have art skills.
